Not only did he meet, but exceeded all of our expectations during the finishing phase of construction. He dealt with all of our needs and requests in a most expedient and efficient manner. Paul Brogna has the patience of a saint! He was so incredibly helpful with every single question we had along the way. From door knobs to light fixtures to flooring, we were able to customize this house exactly the way we wanted it. Plus, it is twice as big as our last house and our gas bill is nearly half the cost! We are so appreciative to Tom, Paul and Peter for all their help making this dream a reality for us.

Sheppard Construction was willing to make changes even as the construction progressed. They were very reasonable in the cost and did a quality job on the work. We now have a unit that is personalized to our needs.
