Wood’s Edge at Wall Street

Wood’s Edge is one of Colchester’s most sought after neighborhoods, and is located just 3 miles to I-89, 5 miles to the Essex Outlets and Cinema, or 7 miles to downtown Burlington and Waterfront. The initial phase of the Wall Street neighborhood began in the mid-80’s with unique stately homes on a quiet dead-end street. It continued to grow and in the mid-90’s, Sheppard Custom Homes added the Kylie’s Way cul-de-sac, named after owner Tom Sheppard’s first grand-daughter. In 2010, the new extension of Wall Street was added to include 9 lots, each boasting 1+ acres.
