As the founder of Sheppard Custom Homes over 50 years ago, Tom’s role now is to evaluate available land in desirable locations, purchase and follow through the complete development to turn land into communities. He manages the complicated process of transforming natural land into beautful developments ready for homes.

Paul Brogna
Paul Brogna oversees the construction process for all Sheppard Custom Homes. Dealing with initial design throughout the whole planning process to closing – through completed construction. From start to finish, assuring that the quality is to our company standards.
Peter Sheppard
Peter works closely with Paul Brogna and is responsible for overseeing projects during the construction phase to help keep building schedules on time and customers happy.
Michelle Casson
Office Manager
Michelle has been with Sheppard Custom Homes for over 25 years and manages all aspects of the office environment.
