Waterlefe Woods is a 22 lot subdivision located at the end of Fox Run, adjacent to Whitten’s Landing, in Mallett’s Bay. The neighborhood, comprised of duplex style townhouses, shares over 10 acres of private common land and walking trails. Each of these spacious townhomes features 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2,200 square feet, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, attached 2 car garage, full unfinished basement, and can be customized with your personal finishes. Waterlefe Woods is conveniently located just under 10 minutes to I-89, and 20 minutes to downtown Burlington.

Colchester is nearly 4 times the size of Burlington with less than half of the population. The town is known for its beautiful shorelines. Regardless of the season, residents flock to the lake for recreation. Mallet’s Bay is reminiscent of a nautical town and during the summer, it is a slow paced relaxation spot with beaches, creemee stands and community events.

They also have a fall festival to kick off a new season and showcase their giant corn maze complete with checkpoints throughout.
